Press the upward movement button of the heald bracket on the heald drawing machine, first put the heald drawing machine start frame to the highest point (hanging heald bracket), press the downward movement button of the wire frame on the heald drawing machine, put the wire frame of the heald drawing machine to the lowest point, and pull out the lower wire layer support beam on the wire frame; move the left side of the down-pressing screw rod to the starting point by hand crank.
Paste the prepared weaving shaft wire end with double tape at a position of about 20cm, put it on the clamp, first clamp the silk thread appropriately, do not clamp it tightly, two people move the clamp to the tape at the same time, and when the clamp moves to the double tape, clamp the clamp; cut off the longer back silk in front of the clamp; one person rotates the weaving shaft, and the other person pulls the clamp over the wire support beam for about 20cm. The person rotating the weaving shaft sticks the tape on the top of the weaving shaft (after the tape is pasted, pat the tape with your hand to make it stick firmly). Turn the weaving shaft until the silk thread length reaches the length that can pass over the brush roller, and then stop. Two people will simultaneously pass the clamp plate around the brush roller and fix the clamp plate with a hanging hammer; turn the brush roller to tighten the warp. From the lower part where the tape is applied, two people will hold the two ends of the tape with one hand respectively, and use the other hand to comb the tape downward from the tape to the fixed iron comb hook, and fix the iron comb (avoid touching the silk thread with your fingers when combing, which will affect its tension).
Clamp the pressure comb strip with steel wire into the clamp comb groove, remove the clamp comb seat and the iron comb, and put another clamp comb strip into the clamp comb seat for later use. Remove the tape on the warp and stick it on the weaving shaft.
One person combs the warp from bottom to top with an iron comb, and the other person helps to roll the brush roller to tighten the warp tension (when combing, pay attention to whether the position of the left side of the warp is aligned, and adjust the position of the silk thread while combing). When the silk thread position is basically appropriate, clamp the pressure comb strip without steel wire into the pressure comb groove. It is required to first apply half the force of the wrench plate, then use one hand to pull the wrench and the other hand to roll the brush roller to increase the tension of the silk thread, and both hands should be performed at the same time. After fixing the pressure comb bar, remove the pressure comb and iron comb and put them back in place (the pressure comb bars of the 280 and 340 models of the heald drawing car are all with steel wire). Remove the hanging hammer, cut the warp under the brush roller with scissors, and remove the silk thread and splint on the brush roller and put them in the specified position.
Press the wire frame upward movement button to move the wire frame to the middle position (press and hold the button until it stops automatically).
Comb the warp with a steel brush, and each warp is required to be combed about 5 times. When combing, do not let the wire brush touch the metal part of the wire frame to cause wire breakage. Finally, comb the warp again with the iron comb up and down, and flatten the warp with the back of the iron.
